Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200, 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1-10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1-10 μg/mL. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections. -
